   Selling — How much will it cost?
A 5% commission is paid to RE/MAX Crown (not me) and shared with the cooperating brokerage (the other REALTOR® company) as a closing cost. No additional transaction or advertising fees will be charged to you, I personally take care of the cost of marketing and advertising your property. If the house does not sell during the listing period, you don’t pay a thing.

   Buying — How much will it cost?
That’s absolutely 100% FREE to you. RE/MAX Crown Realty’s commission on the sale is paid by the seller and offered by the listing brokerage (the other REALTORs® company). No additional transaction or administrative fees associated with REALTOR® services will be charged to you. If you do not purchase a home, you also pay nothing.

   Staging & Organization
The price for staging and organization really depends on the scope of the project. I provide my clients with a free consultation and minor staging complimentary of my services.  If the project is large, it may require the use of a professional stager.
